  • Free Shipping: (Not Applicable on COD orders) Orders over AED 100/- qualify for free standard shipping (for Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman), over AED 150/- (for Umm Al Quwain & Ras Al Khaimah), over AED 200/- (for Abudhabi & Al-Ain) 
  • Express Shipping: For a faster delivery option, we offer next-day delivery at a rate of AED 25/- (for Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman), AED 40/- (for Umm Al Quwain & Ras Al Khaimah), AED 60/- (for Abudhabi & Al-Ain)

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. This processing time includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are delivered within 2-3 days from the order date.
  • Express Shipping: Next-day delivery for orders placed before the cutoff time - 12pm (please contact customer support (WhatsApp +971566641581) for specific details ).
