Refund policy
Thank you for Choosing Infinite Hub. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund after deducting the return shipping charge. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be initiated with 5 days from the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused/original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at shop@infinite-hub.com to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, please place the item securely in its original packaging, and await for it be collected by our delivery agent.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process the refund. Please allow at least 4 working days from the receipt of your item to process the refund. We will notify you by email/Whatsapp when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items are exempted from returns:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Also, we cannot accept returns on gift cards
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
